Patna High Court CWJC No.17258 of 2022(5) dt.23-06-2023 2/2 ORAL ORDER 23-06-2023 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he had already filed representation (Annexure-4) to the writ petition. The same may be disposed of. Alternatively, it is his submission that he will filing a fresh representation along with all the documents within four weeks from today and the same shall be considered. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submit that if such representation/application is put forward with all the necessary documents a decision will be taken within next three months of the filing of the said application/representation.
The two writ petition accordingly stands disposed of with the direction that if the petitioners file an application/representation before an appropriate authority, within four weeks from today the same shall be considered and a reasoned order will be passed in next three months. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
