The petitioner seeks bail in Manjhi P.S. Case No.185 of 2018 registered under Sections 399, 402, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The police got secret information that many criminal had assembled and then raided the place and arrested six persons including the petitioner, Rohit Kumar Singh. From perusal of the order itself, it appears that from the possession of other accused persons, arms and ammunitions were recovered but from the possession of the petitioner, Rohit Kumar Singh, a knife and live cartridge were recovered from the pocket of paint. No arms were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 18.07.2018 and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61722 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Saran at Chapra in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No.185 of 2018.
