That this writ application is being filed to issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus for commanding the Respondent Authorities to remove the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14936 of 2023(2) dt.30-04-2024 2/3 illegal construction of the Kachhi Road from the Raiyati/Purchased Land of the petitioners upon which without going through the due process of law or without any project of the road constructed the said road illegally only to misuse the government fund and further be pleased to direct the Respondents to provide alternative remedy to the petitioners as per provision of law in this regard."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Circle Officer, Babubarhi, District-Madhubani, for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioners approach the Circle Officer, Babubarhi, District-Madhubani, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.
