Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Case No. C2/380/18 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that merely on suspicion petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with liquor in question. There is no legal evidence to connect the petitioner in the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 21.07.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
