The petitioners seek bail in Akorhi Gola P.S. Case No. 84/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioner is not named in the written report. It is alleged in the written report that husband of informant sustained firearm injury. He wrote the name of Sheo Bachan Ram (Ex-Mukhia) on a chit of paper. Name of this petitioner has come in the supervision note of Dy. S.P. It is further submitted that aforesaid Sheo Bachan Ram has already been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 56436/2018 dated
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57686 of 2018 (2) dt.09-10-2018 2/2 18.09.2018.
Petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2018.
Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Akorhigola P.S. Case No. 84/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioners.
