JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Bagen Gola P.S. Case No. 44 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of assault to the informant causing injury to him.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the informant and petitioners are agnates and there is land dispute between the parties and though there is allegation of assault, injuries sustained by the informant was found simple in

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Bagen Gola P.S.
