Counsel for the petitioner submits that all the close relative of the petitioner have been made accused in this case due to which the petitioner is facing difficulty in furnishing bail bond in the Court below in terms of the order dated 06.10.2018 by which petitioner has been granted bail in Banshi P.S. Case No.70 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Arwal, In view of such, the order dated 06.10.2018, is modified to the extent that „in place of close relative‟, both the bailors shall be relative of the petitioner.
