2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 04.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.56487 of 2024 by this Court whereby and whereunder the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail has been allowed subject to payment of Rs.97,187/-only to the Company in four equal monthly installments and first installment was to be deposited on or before 15th of September, 2024.

3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 15.09.2024 was Sunday and the office of the opposite party no. 2 was closed, as such, the amount could not

4. In the light of submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the order dated 04.09.2024 is modified to the extent that the petitioner will deposit the amount in four monthly equal installments and first installment will be deposited on or before 16.12.2024 and next three installments in the same manner. If the last date is holidays, the petitioner would deposit the amount on the previous day positively.

5. The time to surrender is extended by further four weeks.

6. Accordingly, the order dated 04.09.2024 stands modified to the aforesaid extent only subject to cost of Rs.5,000/- to be deposited by the petitioner in the coffers of Patna High Court Legal Services Committee within two weeks.

7. This application stands disposed of.
