The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is mother of co-accused Rajiya Khatoon. Rajiya Khatoon was in love with deceased Ashok Kumar the son of the informant. The relationship was not liked by the family members of Rajiya Khatoon. Hence, the informant was threatened to commit murder of Ashok Kumar. Rajiya called Ashok on 23.07.2019. Thereafter, Ashok Kumar did not return. Hence, it is suspected that this is a case of honour killing. Submission is that there is no direct allegation against the petitioner and others. The petitioner is a female. The

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No.93 of 2019, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
