1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 379, 498(A), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the D.P. Act, but the cognizance was taken under Section 498A of the I.P.C. and Section 4 of the D. P. Act.
3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no.2 submits that the case was referred for mediation and the dispute in between the petitioner and the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72762 of 2024(4) dt.22-03-2025 2/2 opposite party no.2 stands resolved, as such, he has instruction not to oppose the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner.
4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the opposite party no.2, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Gaya in connection with Complaint Case No.119 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
5. The application stands allowed.
