2. The present application has been filed for following of the relief(s):

"for punishing the opposite parties for knowingly and deliberately violating the order

Patna High Court MJC No.3461 of 2024(6) dt.07-11-2025 2/3 passed on 09.04.2024 passed in CWJC No. 649 of 2024 by this Court and also for not carrying out the order of the Hon'ble High Court, Patna.

3. Pursuant to the last order, a show cause has come on behalf of the opposite party no. 04, the Additional Collector, District-Bhagalpur signed by the Senior Deputy Collector, Bhagalpur and learned State counsel has taken this Court to paragraphs 3 to 6 which reads as follows:

"3. That with respect to mutation in favor of the petitioner it is most humbly and respectfully submitted and stated that the mutation of land having Old Khata No. 1464, New Khata No. 3409, Old Khesra No. 1516 & 1502, Area-73 Decimal each has already been created in the name of the petitioner, being Jamabandi No. 5241.

4. That the petitioner has also been informed regarding the creation of Jamabandi in her favour vide Letter No. 977 dated 26.10.2025 as well as by email dated 31.10.2025 also.

5. That furthermore the aforementioned Jamabandi has been uploaded online through parimarjan portal via application Id No. 252232983530178 and petitioner has also been

6. That with the creation of Jamabandi in the name of the petitioner, her grievance now stands redressed and also the Order passed by the Hon'ble Court stands complied in letter and spirit."

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the mutation has been made, the rent receipt has not been issued.

5. Learned State counsel undertakes to complete the process by issuing the rent receipt.

6. Accepting the words of the learned State counsel and in view of the fact that the mutation has been carried out, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
