ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 28-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 22.05.2018 in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No.105 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)A/26/35 of Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation is false and fabricated and, in fact, there was no recovery from the petitioner. It is further submitted that the alleged recoveries are planted and the petitioner was made to sign on seizure list.
Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has got a clean antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59454 of 2018 (2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., 1st Class, Sadar, Motihari, in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No.105 of 2018.
