Petitioner is accused in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 278 of 2019 registered under Sections 401, 419, 420, 414, 467, 468, 471, 353, 325, 120B of the I.P.C. and 25(1b)A/26/35 of the Arms Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 49196 of 2019, 53686 of 2019 and 58791 of 2019. Petitioner is in custody since 18.06.2018.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
