Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Buxar (I) P.S. Case No. 151 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that merely on suspicion petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He has no concern with liquor and vehicle in question. Petitioner is in custody since 03.08.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
