This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Halsi P.S. Case No.315 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The petitioner is said to have obtained the service as a Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged documents.

The petitioner is in custody since 07.08.2023.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.
