2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mahila (Siwan) P.S. Case No. 38 of 2015, registered for offence under Section 366A, 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. However, after some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail petition granting liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and make a prayer for regular bail.

4. Permission is granted.
