The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nasariganj P.S. Case No. 234 of 2018, registered under Sections 295(A) and 429 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 11 of the Prevention of Animal Cruelty Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.06.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 37791 of 2019 and vide order dated 07.05.2019 in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70975 of 2019(2) dt.24-01-2020 2/2 Cr. Misc. No. 29736 of 2019. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Nasariganj P.S. Case No. 234 of 2018 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) S.Katyayan/- U T
