2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 208 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120(b) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have called the deceased who is said to have been killed by the petitioner and other accused persons over a dispute.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 19.05.2024.

5. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no material against the petitioner and two similarly situated accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by the Court below.

6. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner by contending that during investigation, materials have come in support of the petitioner of having called the deceased and thereafter other accused persons including Chotu Shah have brutally murdered him because of a dispute.

7. Considering the fact that the petitioner has participated in the killing of the deceased this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
