The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Simra P.S. Case No. 36 of 2019, G.R. No. 994 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.
