The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 33 of 2015, registered under Section 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that informant being the Chowkidar received information about lying of dead body of an old man at Chabutra of Durga temple in Govindpur market then he reached there and saw a dead body of an old man aged about 70 years, a packet was also lying near the dead body on which Sulfas was printed along with an application in which it is detailed that his sons, namely, Umesh Yadav and Sanjay @ Sonu (Petitioner) have partitioned whole lands and they are not providing food to him in spite of giving application to

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fat, the deceased is the father of petitioner and he was unsound mind and he used to move hither and thither since fifteen years, but due to village dirty politics, the petitioner and his brother Umesh Yadav have falsely been implicated in this case. After investigation, the Police submitted Chargesheet. The petitioner is in custody since 05.08.2019. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M, Nawada in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 33 of 2015.
