It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that out of mistake, the petitioner had provided his address being under the territorial jurisdiction of Police Station - Dalsingh Sarai, which actually is under the jurisdiction of Samastipur (Muffasil) Police Station. To that extent, the petitioner seeks modification of the order.
