The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bairgania P.S. Case No. 184 of 2018 registered under Sections 413, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the recovery of two stolen motorcycles from the house of the petitioner as also the fact that he is accused in at least 10 other cases of various nature, I am not inclined to grant him bail. The application is rejected. The learned jurisdictional Magistrate, Sitamarhi is directed to frame charges without any delay and conclude the trial within nine months from the date of framing of charge,
