2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 127 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has killed the brother of the informant.

4. Since the petitioner is the assailant of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.
