====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-10-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 451 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He has no concern with liquor in question. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 25.07.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61352 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Motihari in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 451 of 2018.
