The petitioner seeks bail in Chakia P.S. Case No. 147/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 377 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty politics. It is alleged in the written report that petitioner committed unnatural offence with the informant when he went at sugarcane field. Medical report of informant has been enclosed as Annexure2, wherein doctor has stated that no external injury has been found on the person of informant. No local injury was detected. Anal swab examination report shows that no spermatozoa was found.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57668 of 2018 (2) dt.09-10-2018 2/2 Petitioner is in custody since 09.07.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. XIIIth, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 147/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
