2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against this petitioner is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is in jail since 22.07.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that victim girl has supported the prosecution case in her statement recorded under Section

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72692 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 164 of the Cr.P.C.

6. Considering the statement of the victim girl and the allegations levelled against them petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. This application is dismissed.

8. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
