The petitioners seek bail in connection with Bhairavshthan P.S. Case No.85 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioners is to have tried to cause firearm injury upon the informant along with other co-accused persons.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners have submitted that petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case, where, petitioners were not named in the FIR and their name surfaced during course of investigation. It is submitted that nothing incriminating articles have been surfaced against these petitioners, during course of investigation, which may connect them with the present set of occurrence. It is also submitted that no TIP has been conducted as yet. It is further submitted that petitioners are in custody since 25.07.2023. He next submits that similarly situated co-accused has already been granted bail by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25501 of 2024.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners. 6.
Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail in connection with Bhairavshthan P.S. Case No.85 of 2023 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand)
