Petitioner is accused in connection with Mithanpura P.S. Case No. 241 of 2018 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 120(B)/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to misconception. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 13.07.2018, having no criminal antecedent.
