JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 33 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 26.02.2019.

Noticing the allegations levelled against the petitioner and the materials available on record, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to him. The application for bail is rejected. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest, positively within a period of nine months from today.
