The petitioner seeks bail in Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 209/2018, instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has clean antecedent. In the seizure-list, it is mentioned that 11.250 litres English wine has been recovered from Bhuskar of petitioner, which is situated on his Darwaza. Petitioner is in custody since 31.07.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56670 of 2018 (2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.
