2. Though the writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:

"That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate order or direction directing the respondent concern to pay/grant family pension to the petitioner since 8-1-2014 due to death of her husband who was working as Head Constable in R.P.F. posted at Katihar and he was getting pension after his retirement vide PPO No.

0211060355.

And for any other relief(s) for which the petitioner is found to be entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

after some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner drew the

Patna High Court CWJC No.429 of 2018 dt.25-07-2018 2/2 attention of the Court to Annexure-3, which is copy of representation filed before the respondent no. 3 on 21.10.2017, which according to him has remained undisposed.

3. Learned counsel submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to consider and pass order on the said representation.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents agrees to the same.

5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to dispose off the representation filed by the petitioner, copy of which is Annexure-3 to the writ petition, if already not done, expeditiously and latest within one month from the date of production of a copy of this order before him.
