Petitioner is accused in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 134 of 2019 registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused petitioner has been made accused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 26.05.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64643 of 2019(3) dt.17-12-2019 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 134 of 2019.
