The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an Encroachment case no. 22 of 2018-19 is pending before the Circle Officer, Benipur, Dist-Darbhanga which is not being concluded.

Having regard to the short prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Circle Officer, Benipur, Dist-Darbhanga is directed to take the aforesaid Encroachment case no. 22 of 2018-19 to its logical conclusion by passing a final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment, Act, 1956, in case, there is no other impediment

Patna High Court CWJC No.20522 of 2019 dt.18-10-2019 2/2 or stay by a higher court of law.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
