Petitioner is accused in connection with Complaint Case No. 1386 of 2015 initially registered under Sections 323, 406, 498A, 504 of the I.P.C. and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Later on, cognizance has been taken under section 498A of the I.P.C. read with section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He has committed no offence as alleged in the F.I.R. It is also submitted that there is no allegation of assault in the entire complaint petition.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Complaint Case No. no. 1386 of 2015 (Tr. No. 1566 of 2018).
