2. The petitioner apprehends his/her arrest in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 270 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the police party during patrolling duty seized one tractor loaded with sand in it. Having seen the police party, the petitioner tried to flee away but he was apprehended.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is the owner of the tractor wherefrom illegally loaded sand was recovered. He further submits that the

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 270 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

7. After accepting the bail bond, the criminal antecedent of the petitioner shall be verified and if he is found in any other case, his bail bond shall be cancelled. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Sudha/- U T
