Petitioner is accused in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 113 of 2019 registered under Section 376/379 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. Further submission is that on perusal of Medical Report, it appears that there was no sign of sexual intercourse, as detailed in Annexure-2 to the bail application. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2019.
