The petitioner seeks bail in Rajoun P.S. case No. 304 of 2016 registered under Section 364 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that petitioner took the son of informant with him for getting him employed in Ludhiana but his son did not return and became traceless.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, of course, took the son of informant for employment and he was engaged in a factory but thereafter the petitioner did not know as to whereabouts of son of the informant. There is no material to show that petitioner ever did any wrong act in concealment of son of the informant. The prayer of petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58686 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 for bail was earlier rejected vide order dated 29.03.2018 with an observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after submission of charge sheet. The charge sheet has already been submitted and even charges have been framed and the petitioner is in custody since 05.05.2017.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Banka in connection with S. T. No. 12 of 2018, arising out of Rajoun P.S. case No. 304 of 2016.
