The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No.132 of 2008 registered under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioner killed his wife within one and half years of his marriage for nonfulfilment of demand of motorcycle, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner is rejected.
