2. Mr. S. Raza Ahmad, learned AAG-5 appears for the State and submits that the order has already been complied with vide Annexure 'A' to the show cause filed on behalf of O.P. Nos. 2 and 3.

3. On the record, there is a rejoinder to the show cause in which the petitioner has pleaded that the order passed by the Collector, Supaul did not consider certain materials produced by the petitioner and it is bad in law.

4. This Court is of the considered opinion that in case

Patna High Court MJC No.4001 of 2019(3) dt.11-01-2024 2/2 the petitioner is aggrieved by and dissatisfied with the order of the Collector, Supaul, she may seek her remedy against that order in appropriate forum.

5. This contempt application is disposed of.
