Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 167 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 457, 380, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated inthis case on basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Except the aforesaid confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 03.08.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

No.61321 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XIII, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 167 of 2018.
