The petitioner seeks bail in Bihar P.S. Case No. 197/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 370(A), 372 and 373 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Immoral Traffic Prevention Act, 1956.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was living with his wife in the flat of one Malti Kumari and on account of dispute with regard to payment of rent, he has been made accused in this case. The petitioner is alleged to have been found with a lady in a room of said flat, but in fact they were husband and wife. It is submitted that co-accused Neha Verma @ Puja Verma has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59384 of 2018 (2) dt.27-09-2018 2/2 of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 51234/2018 dated 29.08.2018. The petitioner is in custody since 07.05.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 197/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J.) Rakhi U T
