2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 324, 307, 379, 325 , 354(B) 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .
3. As per the prosecution case , petitioner Nos. 3 and 4 assaulted the informant by means of lathi and caused grievous injury to him. So far as petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 are concerned there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against this

4. Considering the fact that injury caused by petitioner Nos. 3 and 4 is grievous in nature , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner Nos. 3 and 4 is rejected.
5 . Considering the fact of the case and also the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against 1 and 2, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner Nos. 1 and 2, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate - 1st Class, Jhanjharpur, District- Madhubani in connection with Andhrathadhi P.S. Case No. 33 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
