2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Babubarhi P.S. Case No. 321 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354A, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that petitioner along with other accused persons is said to have assaulted the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody since 27.07.2023. He further submits that injury report of the victim is still awaited.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two
