The petitioner seeks bail in Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 81/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 302, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that on account of dispute with regard to pension between informant and his brother Dinesh Tanti, co-accused Umesh Tanti along with this petitioner and other accused persons started assaulting father of informant, who is retired teacher, on account of which father of informant died.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is daughter-in-law of deceased. Husband of this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58279 of 2018 (2) dt.27-09-2018 2/2 petitioner has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 38832/2018 dated 25.08.2018. The petitioner is in custody since 07.07.2018. It is surprisingly that the petitioner is in custody for such a long period and trial is still pending before the court below. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 81/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J.) Rakhi U T
