In view of the judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Central Board of Secondary Education and Another Versus Aditya Bandopadhyay and others [(2011) 8 SCC 497], copy of the answer books stands supplied to the appellant.

Accordingly, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned judgment. Equally, we do not find fault with the order made by the learned Single Judge rejecting the petition.
