Patna High Court CWJC No.2006 of 2018 dt.03-05-2019 2/2 to grant any indulgence to the cause raised after four years where there is nothing on record as to whether the allegation complained of has continued thereafter.
Should there be any reason for the petitioner to yet complain on acts done in violation of the mining laws, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the Principal Secretary, Mines Department with a duly constituted complaint complete with supportive materials conforming to the allegation. In case any such complaint is made accompanied with papers which conform to the allegation made, the Principal Secretary, Mines, shall take it to its logical conclusion within a period of three months of its filing.
With the observations above, we dispose of the writ petition.
