The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 152 of 2022 for the offences punishable under Section 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below shall pass order on the same day in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order
