The petitioner is in custody since 16.07.2018 in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 322 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 447, 341, 323, 427, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation is based on mere suspicion and no explosive material has been recovered from the place of occurrence.
