====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-10-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State.

Petitioners seek bail in connection with Session Trial No. 303 of 2018, arising out of S. Kamal (Sahebpur Kamal) P.S. Case No. 103 of 2006 registered for the offence punishable under sections 149, 323, 324 and 304B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 /4 D.P. Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that Petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to being a family members of the deceased's husband. There is general and omnibus allegation and no specific allegation against these petitioners. Moreover, similarly situated coaccused has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.12.2008 passed in Criminal Misc. No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59234 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 50458 of 2008. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 29.05.2018.

Considering the facts and circ2018umstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II, Begusarai in connection with S.T. No. 303 of 2018, arising out of S. Kamal (Sahebpur Kamal) P.S. Case No. 103 of 2006.
