2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Parsraha P.S. Case No. 322 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, the accused persons are said to have been digging the land in dispute, forcibly and on protest, the accused persons attacked the informant. It is further alleged that when the informant tried to flee away, this petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant with spade as a result of which, he sustained bleeding injury on his head.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. There is no eye

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Khagaria in connection with Parsraha P.S. Case No. 322 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/- U T
